Facilitating a workshop takes a lot of energy. A good way to make things easier for yourself, and improve the quality of the workshop is to ask someone to cofacilitate with you. This might mean simply asking someone to take on a particular role in a particular exercise – timekeeping for. To encourage non-talkers to participate in your discussion, call on them by name.
